What hotel, where?
An application for a 4-story hotel, including 112 parking spaces, is currently under review by Duluth Planning & Development.
Intended to be a Marriott Townplace Suites, the hotel is located on the east side of Sundby Road, adjacent to the Miller Creek restoration project and surrounded by wetlands.
In June 2022 a wetland delineation report was conducted. A copy of the report has been requested, including how "impact" is defined.
